To, The Chief Medical Officer Distt : Solan Himachal Pradesh Subject : GATHERING OF DIRTY WATER AT VILLAGE BAGLEHAR AND SHERANWALA Respected Sir, This is a humble representation from the people of Village Baglehar and Sherawala as water on the sides of link road (of the both villages) has taken shape of pool filled with filthy and stinking water. This water is basically coming from the waste drain pipes. People are throwing waste of their house hold which is further adding to the problem. We have approached village Sarpanch Shri. Banarsi Dass (Mobile 9816155365) many times to approach appropriate authorities to solve this problem. But it seems he is help less or may be un-capable of solving village problems. Whereas Sapanch and Panchayat of nearby village Panjehra are doing wonderful job and set an example of cleanliness. Now situation is serious it is very difficult even to breathe. Mosquito larva are breeding which can cause malaria and dengue. Sir, a few weeks back a small child became victim of this pool as he fell into it. His life could be saved because of villager’s vigilance. This our humble request to you to take quick action.
